Gregg has worked exclusively in the public sector insurance space since 1993, serving with both multinational and regional brokerage firms.

Over three decades, he has specialized in the design, construction, and expansion of public entity healthcare cooperatives across the United States.

He has consulted on cooperative initiatives in:

  • Michigan

  • Missouri

  • New York

  • Texas

  • Washington

And has built cooperatives from the ground up in:

  • Missouri

  • North Carolina (twice)
